-- New for the 2018 Christmas season, Refreshing Mountain has added Christmas light decorations around its Flying V Zip Lines, the Elevated Obstacle Course, and other select areas of the sprawling property in Stevens, PA.
“Christmas is a time that families come together and make memories. We set up our new Christmas Village to bring families outside and experience an incredibly unique, fun and safe activity that will get everyone into the Christmas spirit,” said Justin Harnish, Director at Refreshing Mountain.
Beginning Friday, November 23, the Christmas Village at Refreshing Mountain is open Friday and Saturday evenings from 4 PM to 8:30 PM. Tour slots run every 30 minutes and advanced reservations are required.
Guests will pay $39 per person and experience the popular Flying V Zip Lines (2 zip lines) through Christmas lights, 22 elevated obstacles with Christmas lights, campfires with Christmas music, free hot chocolate, and access to walk through the Refreshing Mountain property and enjoy the lights and Christmas decorations.
“How fun will it be to see Mom working her way across an aerial bridge, to fly down a mountain with only Christmas lights lighting your way, and to gather around a campfire singing your favorite Christmas songs with your family?” says Harnish. “These are the types of memories that last a lifetime,” he adds.
Refreshing Mountain also offers overnight lodging in the Christmas Village for guests wishing to spend the night.
