The app is free for residents and buildings, removing financial barriers that often slow adoption of property technology. Residents can use Wavee Ai to receive parcel notifications, manage visitor access, and connect with verified neighbours. Local businesses subscribe through a dedicated portal that enables promotions, bookings, and click-and-collect services.
Every user account is authenticated through their building, creating a trusted environment free from bots, spam, or fake profiles. “Wavee Ai was designed to restore trust in local connections,” mentions Wavee Ai founder Nikesh Panchal. “By confirming every resident, we give people the confidence to engage with their neighbours and interact with nearby businesses in a safe and reliable way.”
Concierge teams also benefit from a desktop portal that digitises parcel logs, visitor management, and resident communications, reducing manual record-keeping while improving efficiency and security.
The company has raised over £1 million in seed funding to accelerate growth. It has already onboarded its first London buildings and attracted dozens of businesses ranging from gyms to dry cleaners, and achieved a company valuation of £10m. Expansion plans are underway in Manchester, Birmingham, and Edinburgh, with Singapore and Australia identified as priority international markets.
