For the third consecutive year, the culinary industry’s most lauded chefs and visionaries came together to discuss important ways to improve sustainability, health, and tradition within the culinary industry. This year, the conference focused on “action,” as top chefs, farmers, academics, food scientists, and foodies partook in a series of presentations and culinary activities aimed at inciting positive change. As a proud sponsor of the event, Waiakea not only quenched the thirst of event attendees, but also acted as an example of change in their own right, as they introduced a progressive new recycling program.
