Stokes developed A Lighter You Weight Loss program after leading healthy lifestyle classes with yoyo dieters. Working with women in their older years, they found it harder to lose weight and they had tried many other diet programs with mixed results. A Lighter You weight loss program gives yoyo dieters control over their mental habits, which allows them to be more successful.
This teleclass will be followed by the six week teleclass: Train Your Brain to Slim Your Body which focuses on the REAL reasons we gain weight: cravings, lack of motivation and self sabotage. The online course will run on Wednesdays at noon from Sept. 25 to Oct. 30, 2013 and will cover the material in the two books, A Lighter You! Train your Brain to Slim Your Body and A Lighter You! Health Coach’s Guide to Nutrition in Action.
This course addresses both the nutrition for lasting weight loss success, foods to avoid and foods to include, and the mental strategies to help one stay on track. If one are tired of dieting, frustrated with diets that leave him hungry, tired or weak, then he is ready for a new approach.
