Cosmetics firm Thermalabs has flooded the market with a record 5 new products. That brings the total products that the company has created ever since it opened its doors three years ago to more than 20. Most of these new releases have taken the better half of this year to create at the company’s lead production factory in Israel. According to Thermalabs, its research scientists and production employees have had a very busy first part of the year. However, measuring the results, that seems to have been worth it. —
Thermalabs is living up to its promises after announcing that it would be increasing its research, production and marketing budget earlier this year. The company had declared 2015 its breakthrough year but promised that 2016 would be an even better run. Since the beginning of the year, the company has introduced a total of 9 products, which is just incredible. Most of these are self-tanning accessories and beach related products.
Thermalabs serves millions of customers from around the world. For a company that’s just three years old, that’s certainly a phenomenal achievement. According to critics, the company’s focus on top-line quality, and obsession with natural and organic formulations was unlike anything they had seen before. Out of nowhere, the new American-Israeli startup managed to break the glass ceiling and establish a foothold in the market within just its first 12 months. Thermalabs consistency using natural and organic ingredients was good timing. Amid reports that millions of Americans are diagnosed with skin cancer yearly, most consumers in the cosmetics industry are wary about the ingredients in the products they use to take care of their skin on a day-to-day basis. People are increasingly conscious to avoid products that contain ingredients that would likely cause harm after prolonged use.
Of the five products that the company has introduced in the last 2 weeks, 3 fall under the Supremasea brand. These include the Lavender organic body scrub exfoliator, the Vanilla Patchouli body scrub exfoliator, and the Triple Moisture Shea Butter. The remaining 2 (Aragan Oil Miracle Serum and Jerusalem Balsam Miracle Spray) are part of the Thermalabs Organic Healthcare brand. Supremasea is Thermalabs private collection of quality skincare aids based on Dead Sea mineral salts. The brand oversees the marketing of any Thermalabs product that contains an ounce of Dead Sea salt in it. Supremasea is entirely in charge of four Thermalabs products. In addition to the three above, it also markets Tan Enhancer, a popular lotion that protects and nourishes the skin, especially after a tanning session. Organic Healthcare is a much newer sub-brand that is in charge of any Thermalabs products designed to suit the needs of the expanding organic healthcare niche. Thermalabs relies on natural herbs, seeds, and plants acquired from the mountains of Galilee in Israel to make these products. To distinguish it from its competitors in the organic healthcare space, who use modern scientific knowledge, Thermalabs relies on over 1000 years of ancient wisdom from the Rambam.
