A Better Life” campaign invites people everywhere to join hands, literally and symbolically, through the universal gesture of a high-five. In doing so, it aims to unite people of different cultures and inspire shared acts of kindness, positivity, and sustainability.
FuBear, affectionately known as Taiwan Excellence’s “Bridge of Kindness,” personifies the warmth, ingenuity, and global outlook that define Taiwan’s best innovations. His name is inspired by the Mandarin word “fu,” meaning fortune, symbolizing well-being and happiness. With his bright eyes, open hands, and upbeat personality, FuBear sets out to connect the world through smiles and shared purpose.
Designed to embody Taiwan Excellence’s brand vision, “Through Taiwan Excellence, the world begins to explore new positive experiences and new lifestyles”, FuBear communicates the values of friendship, creativity, and social contribution. His playful and adventurous character, paired with his curiosity about new technology and sustainable living, makes him the perfect global messenger for Taiwan’s innovative spirit.
The mascot’s stories and appearances highlight the diversity and vitality of modern Taiwan.
