The company stated about its staff: “Our standard unarmed security guards are thoroughly vetted and receive training in our standard operating procedures, use of force, report writing, de-escalation techniques, and CPR and First Aid.
“Our unarmed security guards, who must possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in law enforcement, the military, government, and/or security fields, receive the same training as our standard guards.
“In addition, they attend 40 hours of annual in-service training in specialized and detailed areas of the security industry. Our Armed Security Professionals, who possess the experience and training level of our standard and premier unarmed guards, must also be properly licensed to carry a firearm in Mass. and must pass the same firearms qualifications course that every Municipal Police Officer in Massachusetts must pass.”
For anyone interested in Strongbox Security Services, there is minimum of four hours that they can be contracted for. For emergency callouts, the minimum is eight hours, while investigations work on an hour-to-hour basis. The team is available 24/7, 365 days a year, with office hours running Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
