SCOTTSDALE – State 48 Law Firm celebrated the opening of its new office in North Scottsdale with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony on November 17, 2021.

Approximately 50 guests, including Scottsdale City Councilwoman Kathy Littlefield, attended the event put on by the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce. Littlefield and State 48 Law Firm’s Managing Partner, Robbie Hendricks spoke at the ceremony.

Hendricks expressed his appreciation for the support that the Scottsdale business community and the legal community have given the firm. Hendricks also touted the firm’s focus of providing “excellent customer service and outstanding legal representation.”

“We are grateful for the amazing support we have received from our friends, families, and our colleagues. Starting a new business is never easy, and we would never have made it without our dedicated team. We look forward to continuing our growth and becoming a pillar in the community.”

State 48 Law Firm started in April under the leadership of Robbie Hendricks. The firm may be new, but the team is not. Six attorneys and four staff members joined Hendricks in starting the new firm. After working in temporary workspaces, the firm moved to its permanent location in July of this year.

State 48 Law Firm is a divorce and family law firm. Hendricks, the founding partner, is widely known within Arizona’s legal community as one of the state’s top family law attorneys. He handles complex divorces, complex custody cases, and appeals. Hendricks was recently named a Super Lawyers Rising Star and one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Arizona.

Jillian Hansen, Bryce Johnson, Ankita Gupta, and Stephen Vincent are the attorneys who joined Hendricks at his new firm.

Hansen, a Tempe native who graduated from LSU’s College of Law, was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the Arizona Children’s Association. She is known for her thorough and effective representation.

Johnson, who grew up and attended undergrad just outside of Chicago before attending ASU Law, is known for his common-sense approach to representation.

Gupta, originally from Salt Lake City and who also graduated from ASU Law School, is well-known for her ability to understand and communicate complex legal principles.

Vincent serves as the firm’s client intake attorney and focuses his practice on legal research and appellate work. Like Hendricks, Vincent was also recently named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.

Public relations specialist Dana Shipley wears dozens of hats within the firm. But among her primary duties is ensuring the firm provides excellent customer service to its clients and others.

Paralegal Amanda Parsons brings over 20 years of family law experience to the firm and her knowledge and dedication to the firm’s clients is unmatched.

Billing manager Erin Tritico works with the clients on the financial aspect of representation using clear communication to prevent any surprise billing expenses for clients.
