Monaco Planet, a SocialFi platform has successfully completed its seed round of funding, raising $3 million from Three Arrows Capital and IMO Ventures. The Monaco Socialfi platform is the first NFT/Crypto native social network, set to become the opinion and traffic center of the entire NFT community. As the first residents and users of Monaco Socialfi, the Human Advance Team with Yacht NFT will enjoy the mysterious airdrop from the platform and various future privileges.While the SocialFi space initially kicked off in 2017, it lacked the technology, market environment and user volume to be truly sustainable. The larger environment has changed and Monaco Planet is betting big that the time now is ripe. This same concept and ideology have aligned and attracted investors in the crypto space.
The lead investors are as follows. Three Arrows Capital Ltd., a hedge fund established in 2012 and focused on providing superior risk-adjusted returns. IMO Ventures, a venture capital fund investing in early stage startups globally.
With the funding secured, to facilitate user growth and cultivation, Monaco Planet is issuing 10,000 Yacht NFTs for the first time at Monaconft.io. This concept is thought by their experienced core members who were formally from TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, HSBC, just to name some.
Unlike other avatar-based NFTs, Yacht NFTs are the first NFTs supported by their native platform. As first users of Monaco SocialFi platform, NFT holders will be the initial beneficiaries of ‘content-mining’. They will enjoy the first batch of airdrops and act as "Mining Leads" during the first month of ‘invite-only’ membership. NFT holders will have exclusive quotas and whitelists for participating in popular projects and the privilege of increased visibility of posts, broadcasting, and building groups.
Monaco Planet KOL 100 will feature the 100 ‘Genesis’ KOLs who participate in the platform founding. Whether they’re NFT KOLs, large crypto hodlers, Crypto/NFT project teams or celebrities new to the space, they all have a home in Monaco. The minting of Monaco Yacht NFT will be divided into two segments; the first part features 100 specially designed Yacht models for 100 KOLs at a price of 3ETH. They’ll be sold directly from the white list, one-to-one on opening day. And the founding KOLs will be forever recorded on the Monaco Planet KOL 100 platform Wall of Fame. From the second day, Yacht NFTs will be sold to the public.
