She will be addressing the topic “Youth as Protagonists in Preventing Violent Extremism” on 28th June, 2018 at the prestigious Institute of International Education (IIE). —

When interviewed by a leading web portal, Ms Sabah said that to help the countries achieve the same through their youths, it is important for the youth to develop confidence and lead by some example. Next, the young individuals will have to surround themselves with those who are after bringing betterment to the whole community. Focusing on the importance of networking, Ms Sabah stated that it is of utmost importance to involve the key decision makers in the nation while taking the initiative to another level. By getting involved in active youth-based programs, communities, guides, and volunteering tasks, the youth of today can change the way terrorism is working around the globe. By infusing some positive notions into the society – starting from the lowest level, the youth today has ample strength in changing the face of terrorism for good.
When asked about Silatech is helping the younger generation towards entrepreneurial empowerment, Sabah said that the organization’s mission is to bring about an effective connection amongst the young people to accessing economic opportunities & jobs across the world seamlessly.
