Richard is also a trusted advisor to individuals and private family enterprises with respect to the inter-generational transferring of operating businesses.
Richard is a frequent writer and speaker at tax-related conferences and seminars on a broad range of income tax matters. He is a contributing editor of International Tax published by CCH and is also the Canadian editor for Carrying on Business in Canada published by the Centre for International Legal Studies.
Richard is also a member of the Order of the Chartered Accountants of Quebec.
