Share this news:

Ruby Reef, a company focused on aquatic disease management, has introduced Rally PRO, a treatment aimed at addressing velvet saltwater fish disease and various other aquatic conditions.

Ruby Reef has launched Rally PRO, a treatment formulated to assist aquarists in managing velvet fish disease and other parasitic ailments. The development of Rally PRO is the result of extensive research and testing aimed at creating solutions for aquarium care.

Rally PRO targets multiple aquatic issues such as external parasites, dinoflagellates, marine velvet, gill flukes, clownfish disease, and bacterial infections, including tail and fin rot. Its formulation is designed to be safely used within the display tank, thus minimizing impact on the aquatic environment and its inhabitants. The treatment is compatible with all types of fish, corals, and invertebrates and does not interfere with biofiltration processes.

Dr. Sam Grillo, founder of Ruby Reef and an expert in biotechnology and aquaculture disease management, comments on the product: "At Ruby Reef, our goal is to provide solutions that are both safe and based on solid scientific research. Rally PRO represents our ongoing commitment to understanding and improving aquatic health. It's specifically designed to combat velvet fish disease effectively, supporting the health and resilience of aquatic organisms against various pathogens."

Using Rally PRO involves a straightforward application process suitable for hobbyists, requiring daily application for a minimum of three days, with the possibility of extending this period depending on the severity of the infection. After treatment, a brief period is allowed for the product to biodegrade fully, which generally takes between 3 to 5 days, leaving the water clear of any residues.

About Us: Founded in 1998 by Dr. Sam Grillo, Ruby Reef brings a wealth of knowledge from various fields, including human biomedical research, agriculture, and aquaculture, to the aquarium industry. Dr. Grillo's experience, including his time at Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions, has informed the development of products like Kick-Ich and Rally, which are aimed at maintaining the health and well-being of aquatic life.
