Due to the high demand of repairing, replacing and other construction contracts, Roman Roofing is looking to expand the working staff. They are keen to hire good Sales Project Managers. Candidates who have the experience of management, planning, design, controlling and executing the project are encouraged to apply. The interested candidates with bachelor's degree in architecture or construction related field would be given competitive compensation. The job consists of holding consultative meetings with architects, contractors, and facility managers. After the planning based on budget, safety and client expectation, the project is to be executed until the closure. The job requires previous sales experience and good communication skills as well. Candidates should be over 21 years age, self-driven and organized. They must not have fear of heights.
