Perched above the Marrakech Medina, La Pergola Rooftop invites guests to dine between palm trees and lanterns giving a movie-like setting . As the first rooftop in the Medina Marrakech, it has become a landmark for locals and travelers alike.
Helmed by chef Abdel Alaoui, the menu fuses Moroccan and Mediterranean flavors, complemented by signature cocktails and live jazz as the sun sets over the ochre skyline.
Le Bistro Arabe — Where Cuisine Meets Jazz
Hidden within the riad’s Arab-Andalusian courtyard, Le Bistro Arabe offers refined dining paired with live performances. Under the direction of Chef Myriam Ettahri, the menu reinvents oriental cuisine through creativity and flair. Caravan Cocktail Bar is a cinematic jazz hideaway inspired by Duke Ellington’s Caravan and the golden age of Hollywood.
