Potomac eCycle is thrilled to reveal a brand new website with a fresh, contemporary look and a host of added features. The previous site has been revamped and reimagined to provide customers with a superior browsing experience and provide detailed information about the electronic recycling and data destruction services on offer. —
A full-service, R2/RIOS certified electronic waste recycling and hard drive destruction firm, Potomac eCycle caters to a wide range of clients, including individuals, businesses and organizations.
The brand new website is striking and visually appealing, and customers can access information about services directly from the homepage. There are useful details about the company and its history and visitors can also read about individual services, as well as their functions and benefits. The engaging homepage also contains insightful content about the importance of electronic recycling and the advantages it offers in terms of protecting the environment and saving thousands of pounds of electronic waste ending up in landfill. There is also a handy infographic explaining how the service works and an interactive form for anyone who is keen to get in touch.
From the new homepage, web users can navigate through the menu, accessing service pages focused on electronic recycling, IT asset disposition, computer recycling, data destruction, and battery recycling. There is a business price chart and an About Us section, providing information about the firm and its history. The blog is updated on a regular basis, with advice, tips and all the latest news from the worlds of recycling and data management and protection.
The management team took the decision to revamp the website to create a more modern and interactive site, which not only looks the part, but also offers customers a more engaging and enjoyable experience. The site is designed to cater to individuals and business owners who have never undertaken electronic recycling before, as well as those who are familiar with the process and are looking for a reputable company they can trust to fulfil services for them. The new Contact Us tab makes it easy to get in touch, ask questions and find out more about specific services for domestic or commercial clients.
With web use at an all-time high, Potomac eCycle is keen to attract new clients and utilize the new and improved website to provide in-depth information about the company, how it works and why it pays to recycle and destroy data safely.
About Potomac eCycle
Potomac eCycle was established in 2008. Originally based in a loft above the office at the scrapyard owned by Potomac Metals, the company has grown rapidly. Founders, Thory Monsen and Justin Kidd, launched the business after noticing a growing number of people dropping electronics off at the scrapyard. They wanted to create a means of recycling them in an eco-friendly way, and after joining forces with the owners of Potomac Metals, Mark and Eric Zwilsky, the new electronic recycling division was launched in 2009. Since its inception, Potomac eCycle has recycled over five million pounds of electronic devices. The company, which has a team of over 20 employees, is now based in a 20,000 square-foot state of the art facility in Manassas, VA.
