-- In Gongshu district, Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, the millennia-old Grand Canal flows endlessly, while the fashionable light and shadows shine brilliantly, creating a perfect blend of traditional culture and stylish energy.

On Nov 19, the 0.5 Seconds and Millennia-old Shore photography exhibition, themed around the "Gongshu: Fashion Capital", opened in the district.

The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, the world's longest man-made waterway, winds through Gongshu, leaving behind a rich tapestry of historical sites and cultural heritage. The Gongshu section of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in Hangzhou is renowned for its well-preserved relics and cultural depth, forming a vibrant narrative of the Grand Canal culture.

This exhibition bridges Gongshu's Grand Canal cultural heritage, modern urban landscapes, and stylish energy through photography, capturing the district's unique charms.

It features an indoor exhibition and an outdoor exhibition, displayed at the Zhejiang Exhibition Hall and Wulin Square, respectively. The indoor exhibition runs until Nov 24, while the outdoor display continues until Dec 10.

In the indoor exhibition area, over 100 works are arranged chronologically, guiding visitors through Gongshu's evolution from its historical roots to its modern aspirations. Each corner promises a surprise, with every arrangement telling the district's development story.

In the outdoor exhibition area, large-scale photographs preceded waterproof, resisting-ultraviolet treatments are displayed in the Wulin Square's core area, offering unexpected artistic encounters for passersby.

A highlight of the opening ceremony was the release of the Gongshu 100 fashion guidebook, featuring 100 iconic photography spots in the district. From the historical Gongchen Bridge to the bustling Wulin commercial area, the guide serves as a comprehensive resource for photography enthusiasts.

Additionally, six prominent domestic influencers were appointed as "Fashion Gongshu Promotion Ambassadors" at the opening ceremony. They will capture the district's urban transformation, offering diverse perspectives to reveal its unique charms to a wider audience.
