PHI Capital Holdings Provides Corporate Governance and M&A Services to Assist Vietnam Mining Corporation’s Growth Strategy

PHI Capital has already assisted VNMC in regaining a current and good standing status with the State of Nevada and the U.S. OTC stock markets as well as establishing a new transfer agent and registrar relationship for VNMC.

PHI Capital Holdings will continue to assist VNMC with further financial reporting obligations, especially its plan to file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission in order to become a fully reporting company.

PHI Capital has also assisted VNMC to investigate a number of potential mineral assets in Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia as well as some breakthrough processing technologies developed in America that may create significant value shareholders of both companies.
