The anonymous and independent survey was carried out between January-April 2017 and examined all aspects of patient satisfaction. Results were then compared to a global benchmark of over 7,000 responses worldwide to establish how Quinn Clinics were performing.
87.9% of Quinn Clinics patients rated their overall experience with the clinic as ‘Very Good’ compared to a global benchmark of 67.8%, an outstanding performance.
More detail is provided in further questions. The consultation with the doctor was scored highly - 87.0% of Quinn Clinics’ clients rated how well the provider explained treatment options as ‘Very Good’ compared to a global benchmark figure of 70.2%. Very similar statistics were delivered for how well the provider listened to the patient in consultation.
Equally, the experience in clinic rated very well. 80.% of patients rated the appearance of the facility as ‘Very Good’ compared to a global benchmark figure of just 64.0%. Similarly, 88.3% rated the person who greeted patients on arrival as ‘Very Good’ compared to 66.3% in the global comparison. Waiting times in reception were also rated significantly better than average.
One of the key questions in the survey looked at how likely a patient is to recommend Quinn Clinics to friends/family. Quinn Clinics rated 9.42 out of 10 – nearly the maximum mark.
Patients were invited to make anonymous comments. One said:
“I have always been treated in the utmost professional way. The service provided in the clinic is excellent and everyone especially Dr John Quinn are so very accommodating and understanding. Have been coming to this clinic for some 10 years and would never contemplate going anywhere else.”

“We are very grateful to everyone who took time to complete this survey. We have been thrilled to read the results and feedback. Our results show us at the forefront of patient satisfaction, which is where we have worked so hard to be.
“The only real negatives were that a couple of people had found it difficult to get a suitable appointment time. The clinic has become very popular, thanks to strong patient loyalty and good numbers of new patients, many through recommendation. However, we are moving later this year to new premises and we’re sure that clients will be very pleased with the new environment as well as the expansion in capacity that this will bring.”
