Digital platform announces a color-coded system designed to help readers explore scripture texts across translations and languages

-- Operation Light Force, a nonprofit organization founded by Richard Mull, is expanding its educational resources with a new app, a digital platform designed to make its color-coded scripture study system accessible across multiple translations and languages.

Building on the organization’s existing printed texts, the app will introduce a visual method for exploring recurring themes, identifying patterns and comparing passages throughout texts. Its color-coded system categorizes different forms of communication, including spoken messages, dreams, visions and accounts.

The platform is designed to make these themes easier to identify and examine, offering readers a structured approach to studying. By extending the system across multiple translations and languages, the app will aim to make the resource available to a broader international audience.

Richard Mull, founder and CEO of Operation Light Force, developed the app from an interest in how communication is represented throughout scriptural texts and how these accounts have been interpreted over time.

“I grew up thinking people were crazy when they said they had experiences of being spoken to by their God,” Mull said. “Over time, my own experiences changed how I understood the subject. I wanted to help people look carefully at what scripture actually says and how to interpret it.”

The app will build on this foundation by providing a digital format for exploring and comparing relevant passages. Rather than requiring readers to locate each reference independently, the color-coded approach helps make connections across the text more visible and accessible.

The app will complement the organization’s existing printed texts, companion workbook and educational materials. Together, these resources provide a consistent framework for guided reading, independent research and comparative study.

In addition to its educational initiatives, Operation Light Force operates programs focused on personal recovery, resilience and support for vulnerable individuals. Its work includes Healing House, training programs and Freedom Park, a long-term initiative focused on supporting survivors of human trafficking, severe abuse and complex trauma.

The organization’s wider activities reflect an emphasis on helping individuals navigate difficult circumstances and access resources intended to support long-term stability and personal development.

With the upcoming launch of the app, Operation Light Force is extending an established print-based resource into a digital format designed for broader accessibility. The multilingual approach creates opportunities for readers in different regions to explore the same thematic framework while working with translations in their preferred languages.

The initiative represents a further step in the organization’s efforts to develop accessible learning resources, combining a visual study method with digital distribution to reach readers beyond its existing print audience. To follow for the app's release, connect with Operation Light Force.
