EVT, Greenfields, and Infinity Constructions are pleased to announce the official soil-turning ceremony, marking the commencement of construction for the highly anticipated Atura Oran Park, at the heart of the Oran Park Town Centre precinct.

The ceremony will kick off the transformative project set to redefine hospitality and lifestyle offerings for the growing south-west Sydney region.

Atura Oran Park (part of EVT Hotels & Resorts) will be an innovative urban lifestyle hotel, designed to meet the evolving needs of the region’s growing population and the upcoming Western Sydney Airport. The development will feature 184 design-led rooms, expansive conference and meeting facilities, an outdoor pool and terrace, and a locally inspired restaurant and bar. The hotel’s prime location overlooks the newly designed Oran Park Town Centre and adjacent parks, offering both visitors and locals unparalleled access to one of the region’s most dynamic areas.

In addition to the hotel, the development will also include a significant expansion of the Podium shopping centre, with new restaurants and retail spaces at the ground level, enhancing the vibrant community hub.

Atura Oran Park is part of a larger multi-million development program for Oran Park Town Centre, which will unfold over the coming years.

Mathew Duff, Director of Commercial, EVT commented on the construction commencement, “Atura Oran Park is an exciting development that will not only grow the Atura Hotels brand, but also EVT’s wider portfolio. With its prime location, modern facilities, and commitment to sustainability, this hotel will be the first of its kind in the region and will serve as a key asset for both leisure and business travellers. We are excited to partner with Greenfields and Infinity on this significant development project, and to bring EVT’s world-class hospitality management to Oran Park.”

“The Oran Park Atura Hotel not only compliments the vison of Oran Park but opens up a new and exciting tourism and commercial offering for the whole of South-West Sydney and in particular the new Western Sydney Airport” said Mark Perich, Project Director, Greenfields. “The hotel will not only provide a much-needed hospitality offering in the area but will also complement the growing retail, leisure, and residential developments within the Podium precinct. This project will be a key milestone in the ongoing transformation of the area.”

Infinity Constructions, the trusted head contractor responsible for delivering the project, is excited to bring the vision for Atura Oran Park to life. “We’re proud to be part of this landmark development for the Oran Park community,” said Alan Yazbek Managing Director, Infinity Constructions. “Our team is looking forward to delivering a world-class hotel that will not only enhance the local economy but also create a lasting legacy for the region.”

Atura Oran Park is expected to open in 2026, with construction expected to take approximately 18 months. With its proximity to the Western Sydney Airport, growing residential population, and increasing business activity, the hotel is poised to become a flagship property for the Camden region. The addition of the hotel will help meet the rising demand for quality accommodation, conference facilities, and leisure amenities in the area.
