X Mile is striving to resolve a wide range of issues in non-desk industries through such services as "X Work" ("Cross Work"), an HR platform business specializing in the logistics, construction, and manufacturing domains, and "Logipoke," an operational efficiency and management support cloud service business specialized for the logistics industry,.

The NX Group considers labor shortages to be one of the most important social issues confronting the logistics business, and it has taken a variety of initiatives to address this issue, among them being the introduction of automation, DX, and other technologies. The Group is seeking through this investment to support the business growth of X Mile, which is working to resolve the social issue of labor/driver shortages via its staffing and cloud service solutions, and to assist in creating approaches for appropriately evaluating human resources and in improving engagement by clarifying the career paths of drivers through the development of a career visualization and evaluation system.
