Norwegian Jewelery is a Norway-based jewelry brand, representing esteemed Norwegian jewelry artisans such as Thomas Heyerdahl, Linn Sigrid Bratland, and Ina Gravem Johansen worldwide. The brand now accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other cryptocurrencies.

With the rapid evolution of the crypto market, numerous brands and businesses have decided to participate by opening their doors to Bitcoin, Ethereum, Stellar, Binance, and other cryptocurrencies.

Norwegian Jewelry, as Norway’s global representative in the world of artisan jewelry, has joined the crypto universe.

Alexander Grover, the brand’s founder, recognized that Bitcoin is “here to stay”, stating in a Norwegian Jewelry blog post published on the 30th of May 2018:

“Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Ethereum are moving closer to public acceptance. Despite the skeptics and the recent meltdown, JP Morgan acknowledged that cryptocurrencies are here to stay.”

Alexander also points out that Skandiabanken recognized the importance of cryptocurrencies:

Skandiabanken – a Norwegian online bank, recognized Bitcoin as a new investment class, allowing customers to access their Bitcoin holdings through their banking platform. Wall Street has already introduced cryptocurrency funds, which are high in demand. Moreover, governments are discussing regulations rather than bans or prohibition.”

Three years have passed since Alexander’s observation, and it’s safe to say that Crypto has become the new norm for both investors and professional traders.

Norwegian Jewelry has partnered with BitPay, which is one of the brands that pioneered blockchain payment technology. BitPay has collaborated with numerous high-profile investors, including Index Ventures, Founders Fund, Felicis Ventures, Virgin, and Ame Cloud Ventures.

Norwegian Jewelry’s catalog is comprised of an eclectic selection of exquisite rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants, brooches, and bracelets. The brand’s jewelry is crafted by some of Norway’s most renowned artisans and brands. The company is active on Instagram and has amassed a following of over 8,000 users.

By opening its doors to cryptocurrencies, Norwegian Jewelry has welcomed crypto traders and investors as valued customers.
