Modeled after the same stylish and contemporary look and feel as all of the brand’s locations around the world, Nikki Beach Phuket will be adorned in plush, all-white sun beds, chic drapery and its trademark teepees location throughout the property. Guests will be able to spend their days and nights indulging in refreshing cocktails, endless champagne and an extensive menu comprised of delectable dishes featuring signature tastes and spices representative of all the countries Nikki Beach is located including delicious salads, creative sushi rolls, original seafood entrees and slow-roasted free-range rotisserie chicken.
Since its conception in 1998, Nikki Beach has successful established the brand as a powerhouse for those seeking opulence and excellent service in a relaxed, chic atmosphere around the globe in countries such as the United States of America, France, Spain, French West Indies, Morocco and Mexico. It was in 2009 when Nikki Beach Worldwide originally brought its concept to Thailand with the opening of a Nikki Beach on the luxury island of Koh Samui. In 2010, the brand expanded its Koh Samui location with the opening of Nikki Beach Bungalow Resort, the brand’s first resort in the world, located adjacent to the beach club. Now, 4 years later, the Nikki Beach Worldwide brand will be adding a second Thailand location with the Fall 2013 opening of Nikki Beach Phuket.
In 2014, Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts, a division of Nikki Beach Worldwide and Castlewood Group, a Singapore Commercial Real Estate Developer, will open Nikki Beach Hotel & Spa Phuket. Situated within sight of the pristine white sands and tranquility of Bangtao Beach, Nikki Beach Hotel & Spa Phuket is an award-winning 5 star hotel with 174 keys comprising of suites, villas and penthouse level sky villas. Each room will incorporate state of the art technology where functionality and entertainment are at the touch of a button and relaxation is inevitable with the large free standing bathtubs. Sky Villas are also available at the penthouse level in which each villa will have a balcony that has its own private garden and pool.
The hotel will exude environmentally focused features as primary elements in the design which include planted ‘green’ walls to shade and cool all access balconies; passive ventilation techniques in all public areas to encourage airflow and reduce power consumption; sun incidence modeling and large overhanging balconies to reduce solar heat gain to individual rooms; green roofs for climate management; low consumption LED light fittings and water features throughout. Indigenous landscape will also be an integral aspect to the architectural design of the property.
