-- Nice House Brazil’s story begins in 2020, as TikTok's popularity surged during the pandemic. The company launched a call for creators and watched as over 30,000 hopefuls applied. Its first content house quickly filled with energy, but it was more than just viral dances. Nice House Brazil wanted to build a bridge between creators and brands, backed by authenticity and vertical video storytelling that Gen Z cannot resist.

Tall Screens, Big Dreams
Nice House Brazil specializes in vertical video, a format that has become second nature to anyone under 25. "We want to be seen as underground, not the most famous. But when we launch something, people say 'wow, why did we not know about this before?’”, says Galindo, founder of Nice House Brazil, in describing the company's approach to staying ahead of trends.
This focus on vertical video has allowed Nice House Brazil to build campaigns that feel native to platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The team's methods for crafting snackable, platform-specific stories have attracted clients ranging from Mondelez to Mercado Libre. Brands come to Nice House not just for access to creators but for the promise that their message will land in the right format.
WhatsApp Wizardry and Creator Care
Trust is a rare currency in the influencer marketing world, and Nice House Brazil has built its reputation on protecting both creators and brands. In December 2023, the company introduced Nic, a management system that operates entirely within WhatsApp. This tool automates everything from campaign briefings to payment processing, freeing creators to focus on what they do best. "We are the first player to create this solution in Latin America. Now, we have 4,500 registered creators," Galindo says.
But technology is only half the story. Nice House Brazil treats its creators as clients, not just contractors. The company lends equipment, offers workshops on topics like intellectual property and financial literacy, and has even launched a security service to help creators protect their profiles from hacking. "Creators need jobs to survive, to pay rent. So we want to see these people as clients. That is why we have the compliance program," says William, Galindo's business partner.
Crossing Borders: Nice House Goes Continental
Nice House Brazil has expanded across Latin America. They are now supporting the largest marketplace in the region with its main content commerce product, Meli Clips, across countries like Mexico, Chile, Uruguay, Venezuela, and Ecuador. This growth has turned Nice House Brazil into more than just a Brazilian content creator hub.
The company's work with Mercado Libre (known as Mercado Livre in Brazil) shows how vertical video expertise travels well across several cultures. Evidently, the company has built a pan-Latin American network that allows brands to maintain consistent messaging. "Our technology allows us to track the differences in many cultures and adjust our creator partnerships accordingly, giving brands the data they need to make informed decisions."
Next Steps for Nice House Brazil
Nice House Brazil is also preparing to launch Nice Key, a specialized security service designed to protect creators and their digital identities. This upcoming offering will help influencers safeguard their accounts from hacking attempts and manage their personal data more effectively. The company expects this to be highly patronized, since Brazil is the second-largest influencer market globally.
The company's ability to work throughout the consumer journey, from awareness to purchase, has made it particularly valuable to e-commerce platforms looking to blend content and commerce. By making videos that both entertain and drive sales, Nice House Brazil has created a new type of marketing asset, which is popular for being fun and reliable.
