"I travel all over the state in my work and I'm seeing in every community addiction is ripping families apart," says Rev. Dan Clark, pastor.

"Issue 1 creates real opportunity to truly treat addiction for the illness that it is," says state Rep. Stephanie Howse, Ohio House District 11 and President of the Ohio Legislative Black Caucus.

"How we're addressing addiction right now in the state of Ohio is not working," says Megan Testa, M.D. and Forensics Psychiatrist.
