The device tracks ride distance, elevation, calorie burn, gas saved, carbon offset and more. Another feature is Geo-Fencing – which you set up to determine a radius for a family member to stay inside of. For example, if a bicycle with the Boomerang CycloTrac goes beyond the established 10 mile radius, an instant alert will be sent to text messaging.
Boomerang CycloTrac is simple to attach to a bike. It mounts to the bike frame with extra long tamperproof screws into the waterbottle mounts. A bottle cage can be mounted over Boomerang Cyclotrac. Owners of bikes without waterbottle mounts can find custom adaptors online or put the device inside a secure bag.
