-- Netstar IT Support, one of London’s leading IT Support companies, was recently shortlisted for Most Innovative MSP (Managed Services Provider) as well as Best Enterprise MSP Project. The shortlisted project covered consultative work carried out by the Netstar team to assist a client in the professional services sector. The project lasted several months with a focus on assisting the client to obtain their ISO 27001 Information Security Management certification.
In order to achieve this many different standards and services were put in place, improving their existing setup. Malcolm Diack, Senior Strategist at Netstar says: “The process was very involved, and we worked with the client from start to finish to ensure they had the systems in place to obtain this rigorous certification. The benefits have been twofold, not only have they improved their own security systems, but it has given their clients greater assurance of data security and allowed them to take on new contracts.”
