Five students have the opportunity to travel to China and study for one semester, reports www.nacel.org

-- Last weekend, five high school students, ages 15 to 17, flew to China to begin a semester of study in an exchange program organized by Nacel. The five students are excited and eager to begin this adventure, as they will not only study in one of the most developed cities in the world, but also learn the most valued language of the moment at Saint Paul American School Shanghai.

"I'm really excited to be able to share with students my age in a country like China. It's a chance to get to know a totally different culture, and even though I will definitely miss my family, it's worth the sacrifice to take advantage of this great opportunity," said Carlos Solano, one of the exchange students.

These students will stay for one semester in China, where they will study at their own grade level and receive transferable credits. Said Nacel's CEO Laurent Huc, "Traveling abroad in an educational program is the best way to achieve fluency in a language, discover a different culture, and develop critical thinking at a young age. At Nacel we never forget that studying abroad is a challenging adventure, and we do everything possible to help students take advantage of their experience in a safe and supportive environment." He went on to emphasize that exchange students show a higher average in subjects like math, engineering, and science and computing.

Nacel is part of the recognized Go & Live Group, a company that sends abroad more than 80,000 students annually. "We are part of a global educational offer that includes summer language trips, sports camps, school trips and other very high quality services around the world," said Mr. Huc. Programs are given in countries like China, England, Germany, United States, France, Italy, Japan, Ireland, Canada, Australia and many more.

Nacel's teachers use modern pedagogical techniques to ensure rapid and interactive learning. The range of programs proposed by Nacel is very broad. It starts with prices that are so accessible that they will reinvent the way in which student exchange programs are perceived in Costa Rica, making this product a viable and affordable alternative. Nacel programs run from $667 upwards to propose educational exchanges in exclusive private institutions in the world's major cities.

The programs are aimed at students of all ages from the age of 12. Nacel offers multilingual expert consultants to customize your children's trip and a 24/7 helpdesk in addition to a network of local representatives at various destinations.

"Nacel is looking for students to discover the world as they learn the language, experience a new culture, build new friendships, and strengthen personal development. In this way, we are helping to train better professionals for the future," emphasized Mr. Huc. Nacel's most recent program is the Nacel English School of London, which has its own first class facilities. This school offers English courses and activities.
