www.MVRWholesale.com), the largest self-serve food and convenience wholesaler in Ontario, is announcing the implementation of its membership card policy.
Each registered business will be able to pick up a total of two membership cards from the Courtesy Desk. However, potential customers should note that the registration requirements have not changed; applicants still need to fill out a registration form and provide a copy of their business license, HST documentation, and driver's license. If more than two membership cards are needed, there is a $10 charge per card, though registration itself is always free.
"In the case of most customers, they can pick up their cards from the desk the next time they come in," says Mike Commisso, co-owner and operator of MVR Cash and Carry. "Others will need to provide any missing documentation from their membership files."
MVR Cash and Carry prides itself on catering exclusively to business owners and takes its security very seriously. That’s why picking up new cards requires signing a form stating that the person has received their card. A copy of the person's driver's license is also required to keep on file as proof.
"It is integral that these cards are only given to the correct person." Commisso concludes. "This is also why customers whose information is found to be lacking or incorrect will need to take a few extra steps before they can get their cards."
