Tampines, Singapore - On its launching last March 15, Singapore’s largest condominium complex, Treasure at Tampines condo, has sold more than 270 units costing an average of $1,280 per square foot. In the press released posted by Alibaba Printing last month, it is reported that developer Sim Lian has released 490 units for sale on its launching.
The condo complex measures more or less 650,000 square feet and located on the former site of the Tampines Court. And while only less than 500 units were set for sale last March, the condominium has a total of 2,203 units all in all.
According to the developer’s spokesperson, Sim Lian is heartened by the overall sales in such a short span of time. Since the condominium complex is situated in one of the city’s fastest-growing locations, it gave them the guarantee that projects with optimal location, accessibility, and highly-competitive pricing will be well-appreciated. The sale weekend happened on the weekend of March 15, and the developers said that the condo complex actually welcomed about 7,000 visitors. Please see recent news here.
The said condominium complex is located in Tampines Street 11 and offers units with varying sizes, ranging from one-bedroom pads to five-bedroom units with sizes between 463 square feet and 1,722 square feet.
