Mark Gordon, partner and broker at Christiania Realty in Vail, Colorado, has been elected President-Elect of the Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR) for 2027. Gordon will assume the role on December 1, 2026.
The election was conducted by CAR's Board of Directors, comprising approximately 120 representatives from real estate associations across Colorado.
Gordon brings an extensive record of leadership in local, state, and national real estate organizations. He currently serves as Chair of CAR's Insight Advisory Committee and holds a directorship with the National Association of Realtors as an at-large director representing Colorado's small and medium boards. He previously served as President of the Vail Board of Realtors and as a board director of the Residential Real Estate Council.
A nearly two-decade veteran of the Vail luxury real estate market, Gordon has built his practice on deep knowledge of the mountain market and a longstanding commitment to community involvement, including prior service on the Vail Town Council and the Vail Economic Advisory Council.
"Advocacy works," Gordon said. "Realtors working together along with other organizations really can make a huge difference for homeownership and the American dream."
As President-Elect, Gordon will focus on issues of significance to Colorado's real estate community, including the evolving role of technology in real estate practice, insurance availability for Colorado homeowners, and the ongoing advocacy priorities of the association.
