Overseen by Philip Cohen, Mansfield Equities arranged the initial land loan to acquire the site for potential redevelopment and construction of a new commercial property. Philip Cohen is the company’s foremost broker and has closed some of its biggest deals, including office, retail, construction and industrial construction and development loans.
Mansfield Equities have secured the 7.5 million dollars on behalf of a private client, who for the moment remains unnamed. The site was once home to Luth Research and a number of vacant office spaces in 2011, but will now be redeveloped into an exciting 21st century development that is sure to rejuvenate the local economy after the downturn.
