-- Magic Plate has just launched on Kickstarter. They have brought on Funded Today to help bring their product to a wider audience and increase pledges for the duration of the campaign.
About Magic Plate
Magic Plate is a magical camera quick release plate. You no longer need to remove it from the ballhead. This means you can quickly switch between portrait and landscape modes by pressing the magic release button.
You just need to tighten the lock handle to fix the camera. The magic plate will allow you to release exposure in silence corner. The function is similar to L brackets, however the size and weight are half as much. The Magic Plate has a dimension of 65 x 38.5 x 10mm and weighs only 40grams.
Magic Plate is compatible with standard strap hole, peak design capture clip v3, and PD. It is also compatible with most Arca-compatibility.
Magic Plate is available in Silence Black and Corner Gray.
Pricing and Availability
Magic Plate is available to back now on Kickstarter. They are hopeful to see an increase in pledges with the help of Funded Today and their team. Once the campaign ends, the products are set to produce and ship to all backers by April 2020. The starting price for one Magic Plate is $55 USD.
