Leading SEO specialist gives business to employees to set up new organic social media marketing business.In an interview over the recent New Year break, Mr Corby said "The future of SEO lies in reputation, and no amount of on-page SEO effort will replace the power of multiple referrals from strongly rated sources". Over the last 5 years Robert had built his previous business, another search engine optimization company, into a substantial service provider. He decided that his employees and friends should benefit from their own efforts and as a result he set up an arrangement whereby the team will become 100% owners of the business to which they contributed by the end of April 2016. They will continue to service the 900+ clients which they have built up over the years.
