Most people looking for information on self-help or personal development go through countless books or videos, with the hope that the next one is the one that helps them achieve their goals. Information overload and confusion is quite common in this space.
This is where Lisa Lentino was before she found coaching. It is what caused her to launch The Coaching Connector a new website dedicated to matching the right coaches with the right clients.
“With coaching, it was like I finally had someone who could not only get a bird’s eye view of where I was in the maze, but knew exactly how to help me break through the walls that were trapping me” she said.
Lentino discovered that with coaching, her life really changed. She believes that everyone should have access to the right coach or mentor, in order to fast-track them to breaking free from their repetitive limiting patterns and beliefs, thus making a true transformation.
This is why Lisa Lentino has launched her new website, http://thecoachingconnector.com so that anyone can experience the power of coaching and likewise, coaches are able to match their own skill sets, with their ideal clients (those to whom they can add the most benefit).
Finding the right executive coach or mentor Lentino concedes, is more than half the battle. She advises that the coach has to have the wisdom to know what their clients need to do in order to achieve their goals. They need to have their client’s back, no matter what happens (and the client needs to know and understand that). The coach believes in the client, even when they doubt themselves.
Lisa commented that “My mentor held me accountable, and challenged me to finally break through the mental barriers that were holding me back, once and for all! But finding the right mentor takes care and consideration, the right fit is essential. I believe with The Coaching Connector we have provided a service which will help both coaches and clients to do exactly that”.
In addition to the website, The Coaching Connector team are in the final process of producing a printed magazine to support the site. The magazine will be a reflection of the site, but will contain special articles, interviews, hints and tips. It will be distributed via a third party channel off-line, but will be available both on and off-line. Currently interested readers can join a notification list prior to launch.
