KIS International School in Bangkok is celebrating its 25th anniversary. A Community Fair will be held on Saturday, January 20th, 2024 to mark the occasion, this will take place on the school grounds and tickets are priced at 170 Baht per person.
First opening its doors in August 1998, KIS Bangkok has been Inspiring Individuals for the past 25 years. There will be more events throughout 2024, as KIS Bangkok aims to make the year a memorable one for both present and past students, as well as their families.
The Community Fair will include the participation of up to 40 global food and activity providers, family fun, as well as live bands, games, and entertainment. In the lead-up to the event, the school is seeking raffle item donations, vendors, and sponsors to help make the event an even bigger success.
In celebration of the event, KIS International School Bangkok held a 25th Anniversary Family Golf Day at Robinswood Golf Club. The day saw families through the community join, and the team at the school has decided to make it an ongoing annual event, aiming to continue creating unforgettable memories and fostering the community spirit that plays a major role in the ongoing success of the school.
The school has also just released the KIS IB DP/CP Academic Scholarship, the annual merit- based scholarship, formerly known as the Million Baht Scholarship, granting up to two qualified students a full academic scholarship for Grades 11 and 12. This academic scholarship is extended to the selected students for two consecutive years, covering their costs throughout both the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 academic years.
This scholarship is being offered to exemplary students who demonstrate exceptional academic prowess, align with the KIS core values, exhibit unwavering determination, and achieve commendable results in the assessment and interview conducted by our scholarship committee.
