Nationwide truck wraps manufacturer JMR Graphics responds to an article discussing Belleville Transit's new plan to use bus wraps as a viable source of advertising

According to an April 28th article from The Intelligencer titled, "City passes bus ad plan," Belleville Transit, located in Belleville, Canada, has put forth their new bus wrap advertisement plan to start immediately. They are working together with Sign Solutions of Quinte and the City of Belleville to help promote the use of bus wraps as an effective form of advertisement in the community. These advertisements will run for one year.
Matt Coffey, manager of Belleville Transit, stated, "As well, the city and Sign Solutions will have their message displayed on the rear of each vehicle. All work done by Sign Solutions for this project is done at no charge and in co-operation with Belleville Transit and the city." Currently, Bellville Transit has a contract with a local radio station, Mix 97. They have been participating in this for four years now and have generated $12,000 in revenue for the city.
