-- Leadership coach and corporate trainer Ihab Badawi has announced two milestones in the expansion of his professional development business. The design of his second book is complete, and a new program pairing accredited certification with one-to-one mentoring is open to aspiring coaches, trainers, and consultants.
Badawi, who has about 17 years of experience in the corporate world across 58 countries and 15 years delivering corporate training and certification programs, confirmed that the second book is in pre-publication. The design was signed off on in June 2026, and release planning is underway following the success of his first book, The Rise of the Transcendence Leader Coach, published in 2024.
The new program is built for employed professionals preparing to move into independent practice as coaches, mentors, trainers, or consultants. Participants will join an end-to-end program whereby they complete an accredited certification based on their experience and passion, and then go through rigorous mentoring to set up and launch a working business, covering positioning, pricing, and client acquisition, the stage where Badawi says most newly certified professionals stall.
“The idea is not to come for the certification only. The idea is to come for a complete business setup, to transform into successful Service-Based Entrepreneurs,” Badawi said.
The program grew out of what Badawi observed among new entrepreneurs in the service domain. Many returned to the same jobs because most training out there stopped at accreditation and never covered how to find a first client or price the work.
Badawi has run his certification academy since 2016, accredited by international bodies. His corporate clients have included major banks and global consulting firms, work he describes as sitting on the corporate side rather than the consumer side.
The rollout begins in the Gulf region, followed by a Canadian launch two to three months later from Badawi’s base in Vancouver. Asian markets are under consideration for a later phase.
