— Icon Building Group won 5 Key Awards, presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago (HBAGC), the company announced. The annual awards recognize excellence in housing design, architecture, interior merchandising, landscaping, landscape architecture and remodeling. Icon Building Group received four Gold Key Awards and one Key Silver Award for homes it built or remodeled in the Chicagoland area in 2016.

Gold Key Awards presented to Icon Building Group include honors for a 4,000-square foot, modern-style, newly constructed custom home, the interior design of a custom luxury lodge-style home, the new construction of a 7,000-square foot custom luxury cottage home and a complete remodel project. They received the Silver Key Award for a kitchen remodeling project for its sleek lines and the coolness it resonated.
Founded in 1939, HBAGC is a trade association which represents members involved in home building, remodeling, design, housing finance, building product manufacturing and other segments of residential construction. A not-for-profit organization, the Association provides members with networking and educational opportunities and represents them in matters related to government relations and advocacy.
