-- HTTPeak, the Salesforce ISV and consulting partner founded by Salesforce architect Mustafa Parekh, has opened a free tier of its natural-language reporting tool Lazy Admin and moved the product to a new brand and domain, LazyAdmin.ai. The free plan covers up to three users at no charge and carries features the company previously sold only under a quoted contract.
Lazy Admin answers questions about Salesforce records that a user types or speaks in plain English, returning the report and the chart in seconds. The tool is listed on the Salesforce AppExchange and first shipped in 2025, when it sold on quotation only.
Included in the free plan are natural-language reporting on Salesforce data, charts and KPI dashboards, custom object and field support, and CSV export of search results and saved searches. The plan also carries Data Talk, which writes a plain-English summary beside each chart setting out which numbers are moving in the wrong direction and what to do about them.
The paid plan removes the three-user cap, trains the tool on a customer's own business terminology, extends it to systems outside Salesforce through APIs, and adds priority support and onboarding. HTTPeak quotes that plan per organization and does not publish a price for it.
Lazy Admin reads standard and custom Salesforce objects, and users can edit records inline without leaving the results, so a correction does not require a separate trip into the record. HTTPeak says reporting turnaround runs up to 80% faster than request-and-wait workflows that route every question through an administrator.
The tool runs against a customer's own Salesforce org and does not store or transmit records. Records stay inside the customer's environment, and the tool respects the permission settings already in place, so a user sees only the data they are cleared to view.
Gartner forecasts that 75% of new analytics content will be contextualized for intelligent applications through generative AI by 2027. Conversational and natural-language interfaces have been added across the major analytics platforms since 2024, and Salesforce reporting has drawn the same activity from independent vendors.
Parekh built the product after years as a Salesforce architect, where any non-standard report had to be written in SOQL, the platform's query language, or requested from a developer and waited on. The free tier is the first time the tool has been available without a sales conversation, and the move to LazyAdmin.ai gives the product a brand and site separate from the HTTPeak consulting business that built it.
"Most AI tools are built for data scientists," Parekh said. "We're for the sales director who needs insights before her 10 AM meeting."
