High School Students May Now Study Physics for Free and Help Others, Too —
Bukit Timah, Singapore - High school students aiming for H2 physics tuition or A level physics tuition can now study free and raise money for Persons with Disabilities at the same time. This is made possible by Pledge for Science, a non-profit organisation that aims to promote science-related courses while helping those in need. The organisation is funded by several philanthropists from all over the world as well as science colleges and airline companies from various parts of the world.
Pledge for Science’s project, dubbed Physics tuition Singapore for PWDs, aims to raise hundreds of millions of dollars in pledges. The non-profit, non-government organization can make this possible by making a deal with the sponsors. For every student’s JC physics tuition or o level physics tuition , one person with disability will be funded for shelter, education and medical needs. The Pledge of Science will have their names or companies promoted and mentioned every time they have outreach programs and worldwide events. This is a great way to promote their companies and help at the same time. The philanthropists, on the other hand, usually do not want their names mentioned as they are just doing this for the sake of simply doing good - without expecting anything in return.
Those who want to qualify for scholarship grant, you can apply through TheSingaporephysictuitioncentre.com. Submit a completed form, which will be found at the website, and upload all the necessary documents as PDF file. For persons with disabilities who want to request for financial and medical assistance, you may call Pledge for Science’s hotline number at 77890.
