“The area is ideal for starting a family or buying an investment property. There is a high demand for properties with a limited supply. Only those buyers that have the means to financially obtain a property will be able to live here”, explains Jack Carter, a real estate agent that specializes in Chino and Ontario.
In contrast, properties in the Inland Empire are less expensive than those in the city. Chino, Chino Hills, and Ontario offer much more affordable prices and also have all the amenities of a city. Ontario has its own airport that is conveniently located and much less crowded than LAX. The economy is improving and saw a 13% increase in home and condominium sales from the previous year. These are all good signs of a growing community.
“Knowing the area is half the battle. The supply is limited, however it is a realtor’s job to help their clients find the home or property that is perfect for them. The demand shouldn’t intimidate potential buyers. There are always solutions available to finance a home”, Carter explains about the real estate market of Ontario and Chino.
Ontario and Chino are very beautiful cities located in Southern California, east of Los Angeles. Ontario and the surrounding areas offer a wide range of real estate properties that are currently in high demand. It is always best to consult a local real estate agent that specializes in the area in order to understand the property and community that goes along with it.
