About Grain of Rice: Grain of Rice is located in the Market at Lewis Estates, opening in Fall 2016. After 10 years with a successful traditional Chinese & Vietnamese cuisine, they shut up shop in order to revolutionize their approach and introduce traditional flavors through a modern lens, creating great Chinese food for today’s Edmonton. Our old location actually went up in flames, which is the reason why we shut it down. We took this opportunity to embrace today’s Edmonton by introducing our new approach to Asian Cuisine.
