Notably, Drake served as the Managing Director of DAF Trucks, where he played a pivotal role in improving the manufacturer's leading position in the market. At just 44 years old, Drake became DAF's youngest-ever UK boss, showcasing his exceptional leadership skills and strategic vision, leading the company through COVID and material shortages to deliver record results for DAF in the U.K.
