Due to HanifQ's vast experience with email marketing and other internet marketing disciplines, he is considered a credible Wishloop review critic. Mr. Quentino suggests that Wish Loop users pay attention to Facebook's latest changes in their advertising platform.

Facebook is shaking up its Marketing Partners program. Once known as Preferred Marketing Developers, these ad partners would receive a badge of approval from Facebook that they could then place on their ads. The company announced Monday that they would be eliminating this media buying program. These ad management companies will no longer be able to display the media buying badge. This change will become effective December 31. Introduced in Oct 2014, the media buying badge was available only to companies based in the United States. As a result of this decision, several agencies will be removed from Facebook's Marketing Partners program. There were 12 companies who were entitled to display this badge. Of these, four were ad agencies: Resolution Media from Omnicom Media Group, iProspect, and 360i from Dentsu Aegis Network, and MediaVest from Publicis Groupe. These four companies were not awarded badges in other specialties. If they were, they would have been allowed to remain in the Marketing Partners program.

Representatives from the four agencies did not comment on this move by Facebook. Facebook noted in their blog that this change would allow them to focus the ad buying program on those partners who were helping to build Facebooks API. These are the tech firms who use the automated tools that Facebook created for buying, targeting, and measuring ads. These firms also use these tools to manage their Instagram and Facebook accounts. While none of the Facebook executives would comment on the change, a spokesperson did state that Facebook had decided to highlight individual employees at certain companies instead of focusing on the service-oriented companies themselves.

Facebook is working with individual media buyers to apply for the new Facebook Blueprint Certification certificates. Facebook began offering these in March 2015 and plans to use these to focus on individual achievement instead of granting media buying badges to Marketing Partners. The Facebook spokesperson also noted that media buyers who were Marketing Partners will not be granted Blueprint Certification certificates automatically. This change is more than cosmetic. Marketing Partners had significant access to information about products from Facebook. Facebook also recommended these Marketing Partners to their employees. Media buyers who with Blueprint Certification will not have this level of access.
