-- Orderfox Schweiz AG announced that Gieni, its AI-powered decision and action layer for manufacturing sales, sourcing, and strategy, is now integrated with Microsoft Copilot, allowing manufacturing companies to identify new customers and alternative suppliers directly within their Microsoft 365 environment.

The integration enables sales, procurement, and strategy teams to access industrial market data through Copilot prompts in Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft applications. Users can query supplier availability, market expansion, and company activity without switching tools or relying on external research workflows.
Manufacturers are increasingly required to reassess customers and suppliers as trade policies, tariffs, and regional regulations evolve. Traditional research methods often involve manual searches across directories, reports, and databases that may be outdated or incomplete. Gieni’s Copilot integration is designed to shorten this process by delivering structured results based on continuously updated industrial data.
Gieni analyzes industrial signals from more than 20 million company profiles and over 380 million websites worldwide. These signals feed the Gieni Deep Data Graph, a continuously expanding industrial knowledge network mapping manufacturing capabilities, supply chains, and production technologies. This data powers Gieni’s multi-agent AI architecture, which supports three core product capabilities: the Gieni Agent for natural-language market intelligence queries, Gieni Data Explorer for structured company and capability discovery, and Gieni Reports for generating market analysis and decision-ready reports.
Through the integration, users can ask Copilot questions such as identifying manufacturers expanding in a particular region, locating suppliers with specific production capabilities, or exploring new customer segments linked to shifting trade conditions. Results are returned with verified company lists, regional indicators, and information that can be exported into CRM systems or shared internally.
“The Copilot integration allows manufacturing teams to access industrial data directly inside the tools they already use every day,” said Timur Göreci, Chief Revenue Officer at Orderfox. “This helps teams explore new markets and suppliers faster, especially when existing relationships are affected by policy or cost changes.”
The integration supports several use cases across manufacturing functions. Sales teams can identify potential customers in emerging markets or regions benefiting from new investment or nearshoring activity. Procurement teams can search for alternative suppliers when tariffs or supply disruptions impact current sourcing strategies. Strategy teams can conduct early-stage market assessments before committing to more extensive research or on-site evaluations.
Orderfox notes that while the platform provides faster access to information, it does not replace verification, audits, or regulatory checks. Instead, it is intended to support the early stages of decision-making by reducing the time required to gather baseline information.
“Manufacturing decisions still require validation and experience,” said David Dogon, Chief Product Officer at Orderfox. “By integrating Gieni into Microsoft Copilot, teams can start those processes with clearer information and spend less time assembling data from multiple sources.”
The Gieni Copilot integration is available through Microsoft AppSource and can be enabled by Microsoft 365 users globally.
