-- Fit Athletic Club, one of the most sought-after fitness clubs in San Diego, is organizing a three-month yoga teacher training course. The training is accredited by Yoga Alliance. It starts on August 11th and ends on November 18th. The training sessions will take place at Fit Downtown, 350 10th Ave., San Diego 92101, every Saturday and Sunday at 12:30 – 2:30 pm. The completion of the program will enable trainees to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT200.

The program will cover the following topics: yoga training and practice, asana, pranayama, kriyas, mantras, meditation, and other traditional yoga techniques, human anatomy and physiology as well as chakras and nadis, and basics of yoga philosophy such as Ayurveda, yoga sutras, kishas and prana.
