-- Newpoint Capital Limited, a provider of commercial indemnities and guarantees bound by strict legal agreements based in London, has received FCA approval for the change in control of Bramdean Asset Management LLP. Shareholding of Bramdean Asset Management has been approved by the FCA as follows: Newpoint Capital Limited - 50% or more band controller via its 60% shareholding in the Bramdean Asset Management LLP.
Regarding the news, Mr Keith Beekmeyer, Founder of Newpoint Capital Limited, said “I'm delighted that the FCA have approved the change of ownership. We now look forward to proceeding with closing our acquisition of Bramdean Asset Management”.
Bramdean Asset Management is run by Nicola Horlick, an experienced and highly regarded investment fund manager. As well as being CEO of Bramdean and a founding partner of Rockpool, Nicola is also the founder and CEO of Money&Co., a marketplace lending business focusing on business loans. Nicola also has a film business called Derby Street Films and is the Chairman of film finance fund Glentham Capital.
Nicola Horlick was dubbed ‘Superwoman’ in the late 1990s as she juggled motherhood with running City investment finance firms, and she still lives up to the title today thanks to her commitment to and focus on excellence in all walks of life.
