The app allows works to reduce one of the more challenging aspects of running a food truck: dealing with inclement weather. Through push notifications, the team is able to quickly notify customers of a delay or cancellation, no longer having to rely on social media or word of mouth. One of the most popular features is the multi-tiered loyalty program, which offers free tacos and beverages.
