Dr Caroline Downing, the principal dentist at the clinic, has spent 30 years practicing dentistry in Neutral Bay and recently made the decision to open up this new location. When asked what drew her to the Lindfield area, she responded: “After 30 years in Neutral Bay, I decided I wanted to take my expertise closer to home and to an area in which I live. I would like to share my vision of cosmetic dentistry with my local community. It is the perfect time for me as I am at the height of my knowledge and expertise. When asked about what distinguishes her from other dentists in the area, she replied “I think that what sets me apart is my ability to listen and understand my patient's concerns. And then by using my years of clinical expertise and the latest technology I can formulate a comprehensive treatment that is tailored to my patient’s needs. It is important to be able to communicate the different treatment options to my patients and take the time to help them to understand and listen to their concerns.”
The clinic strives to make each visit for a patient as comfortable and simple as possible. Staff can easily schedule and remind patients of an upcoming dental appointment and assist patients if they need to reschedule.
